Kim is very skilled at both cut and color. She always takes into consideration lifestyle and realistic at home hairstyling when recommending a cut and color. I also love her head and neck massage while shampooing. Not only that, she is very easy to chat with and the time passes quickly.
Very disappointed. This service is incredibly overpriced for a mediocre quolity. Appointments are hard to be booked, the stylist is vey unfelixible and some of them were cancelled/reschuled with any concern for the client's schedule. The coloring was OK but the blowout and styling was not a good quility. The whole appointment was incredibly long 2-2.30 hours and overall stressful and unpleasant.
