The worst run business I've ever come across. Today during my bowling game, the game frooze in which I called staff to remedy. After 20 minutes of inactivity and a trip to the service desk, I returned once again for a refund which they refused to give citing it can go as an exchange for game credit only. I paid cash for bowling, not games. Totally unaccommodating, rude and dismissive. Worst place to have a kids party. The manager with the blonde hair is very condescending and accepting no fault instead she blames the customer. Very disappointed even the parents at the party noticed it. Icing on the cake was when they brought me my melted ice cream cake soup and said they put it in the freezer and claimed it looked like that when we gave it to them.. So comical.. Also 2 pitchers of soda are supposed to last 10 kids for 2 hours what a rip off. Great place to just bowl not to have a party.
The music sucks when the lights go down and I'm not really sure why they have lanes since no one stays in them. Poor design...can't see your lane because everyone is standing in front of you all night. We almost clocked a little kid several times because poor little guy couldn't move without being in our lane. Make sure it's a slow time if you go bowling in Pooler, GA! So frustrating I stopped bowling!
Best place to go for a bowling game and a drink, plus the staff are friendly and are great with getting what you need for when you need to turn in tickets from the arcade.

This is the worst company to have a party at. There is a lady named Cindy and she is a horrible party host. My sister Bridget is a great party host but obviously they don't think so. Cindy does not know what she is doing and has horrible communication skills with the customers. Bridget should be hired back and Cindy should be fired. If you go here and you get Cindy ask for different party host.
Me and my husband arrived at 9pm on New Years Day. We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes and received a pager. She let us know it would be 15-20 minutes until our lane was ready. We went to the bar area and ordered a pitcher of beer. Our pager went off at 9:40pm so we went up to the counter where we would have gotten shoes. The girl behind the counter said, "sorry I'm going to upset you guys but you have to wait in line again." Took my daughter to bowl and hang out in the Arcade, we had a great time, very reasonable prices and staff's very friendly.
