We went to have some fun for my birthday. I have never bowled at this place before (and never will now)! The lady at the counter was not nice and she didn't explain that I had a choice between paying/playing for hours or per game..all she said was "one hour or two"! So we paid over 50.00 to play for an hour..wellll to our amazement, we didn't even get to finish our game.. we made it to the last frame and out of the 6 playing only 1 got to finish! Worst customer service. After booking my sons party a week in advance, upon arrival we are told that there is no record of it. Even after showing them the conformation email that we received they still couldn't find anything. Cindy the manager was very condescending and made it seem as if the whole thing was our fault. She said that the room could be set up but it would take about 30 minutes. We had already waited 30 minutes just to speak to someone in charge! Worst experience ever! Came all the way from Atlanta to have fun with my family on thanksgiving, told be told by the staff that they refuse to serve us because the group who came in behind us smell like marijuana. Will be reviewing on yelp as well

Just had an awesome birthday party for my 7 year old. We had a glow party & the kids loved it. Demetrick was our host and he was on the ball! We didn't have to worry about anything... he took care of it all... serving the guests, entertaining the kids, perfect!

It's awesome, great for friends and family. They have just about everything anyone can have fun doing. Bowling, pool, laser tag, arcade, even a bar for adults.
