My father had an appointment with Dr. Joanna Frame several months ago. She was very short and flippant with us, which I blew off. She did her exam and concluded that my father had Cataracts. We went for a follow up visit and she said everything looked good. I asked, "what about the Cataracts, what's the treatment plan?" She looked at us like we were idiots and said, "Your dad doesn't have Cataracts..." I'm honestly not sure how she can even practice when she clearly has no idea what she's doing.
My wife had an appointment with the lady Dr at this facility. When we walked in you could cut the atmosphere with a knife. It went down hill from there. Worst experience ever!! Lady doctor was actually yelling at her staff. One staff member tried to take up for her and she said "You shutup!!" To wrap it all up: -She was ranting and raving around her office (that she shares with her dad I'm guessing) - She seemed very unprofessional towards everyone. Very sad. Never again.
Great doctor! Spends a lot of time with patients and is good about getting in urgent appts! Very caring and is great about patient education!
