Dr Joanna is in my opinion one of the very best in her field she has the job of looking at all different eyes from color to shape to checking for glaucoma or just doing a simple eye test she is very patient kind and takes the time to listen and access the situation and finds the best course of action to fix the problem she has been my eye dr since 98 and I am very happy with the care she has given to me thank you Dr Joanna

Dr. Joanna Frame is the kind of doctor every patient hopes to find. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, punctual, and truly invested in your care. I’ve always felt completely comfortable asking her any question, and I trust that her advice is thoughtful, up-to-date, and in my best interest. She creates a welcoming, no-pressure environment that makes routine eye care and more complex concerns feel manageable. I can’t recommend her enough.

she was very rude to me and my child, she got angry with my kid and told her that her results on the eye chart was “wrong, and scolded her for saying the quote in quote, wrong answer” and said that she could see fine and that she is faking it. we referred to a new eye doctor and it turned out after multiple test, she had poor vision and has had glasses for about 3 months now and is doing much better. She was VERY rude throughout entire appt.
During my exam, she yelled at me about worrying about what the right answers were and that the dead air was unhelpful. She acted as if I was wasting her time and when the appointments are rushed and only last about 15 minutes, I wonder if the exam is even thorough. Later when she was looking at my eyes, she informed me I had a cataract which is why I was struggling. If she knew I was struggling, why did she yell at me about needing the right answers? I was able to schedule an emergency appointment easily and quickly.
I had a scheduled appointment that was for a pressure test only, a two minute appointment. The office calls and cancels it due to Dr Frame was not going to be there. they rescheduled me two months from this time. This has happened in my short time going there twice and always on Friday! I also have pain that is getting worse in my eye ball. I called and get a appointment 4 days from now and it was change to a time four hours later the same day because the first time she give me was taken??
