Didnt know there glass was from china. I ordered .375 glass. One side was .36 the other side was .41. Would not fit in my clamps. They said so what. My problem. Called around and every other supplier said they couldn’t believe it was that bad. I love how their response makes it sound like I don’t know what I’m talking about measuring. Pretty easy to do with digital calipers. As I stated .36 on one side .41 on the other side. Very clearly I did not get what I paid for. Just a word of caution from my experience with them.
We had a great experience using Mr. Glass! They came to measure the job and let us know exactly what to expect. Once they had the materials, which was only 3 days later, they came to install. It was done very quickly, 3 hours, and very efficient! The new unit is clean and frameless, exactly as promised!
