Custom mats were nicely finished, fast shipping. Will purchase again for future needs.

I had 3 custom identical frames made. Quality was good, some of the corners didn't fit well together with some gaps. The shipping method was poor, no corner guards on the corner of each frame, no bubble wrap, only thin sheets of cardboard between each frame and the box had a tear in the corner. For the price of the frames and shipping, the shipping quality should be better to prevent damage to the frames.
Nice frame. Ideal for our needs. Only issue was the plastic sheet, to go on top of the picture. The sheet was cloudy, and the picture we have is coated, so we discarded the sheet.
I ordered the Farmhouse Barnwood picture frames in white. The order was received quickly and I am absolutely thrilled with the end product. Thank you.

Frame is cheap. I cant use it. Giving it to the ********. Ordering a ******* frame from another company. Should have bought quality, but this one was inexpensive and I thought Id give it a try. Didnt work out.
