Frames are always delivered quickly , packed with most excellent care to prevent damage and no frame has arrived damaged
Their website is easy to use and they offer a good service at a reasonable price. The bad: (1) Their customer service was quite bad; I emailed with a specific question and had to keep following up with the representative to email me back and I also had to keep giving them the same info. Ultimately they didnt even really answer my question. (2) The frames were not perfectly joined, meaning there were small gaps in the corners. It was only really obvious on the white frames but it was noticeable. For this reason, I am not sure... read more
