Well packed and attractive. Received with no damage. I did substitute eye screws and wire for the sawtooth hangers.I cracked a corner of the frame trying to hammer in a sawtooth. That wood is very hard. *******glue fixed it. I wanted black but it wasn't available in the custom size. I will paint it.All in all a very good product for a very good price.Thanks!
