We had a great experience working with Fragomen's Miami office, and especially with David Mancia Orellana. David was responsive, professional, and clear at every step he kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we always understood what was coming next. Immigration matters can feel overwhelming, but David's guidance and support made everything smooth and straightforward. We highly recommend David and the Fragomen team.
I cannot recommend this law firm based on my experience. My immigration case was extremely time-sensitive, yet communication throughout the process was consistently slow. I often had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive a response, and even then, updates frequently took much longer than expected. One of the worst immigration law firm in this entire world. Zero percent ethical. The mistakes you make is affecting a whole family. When we send any email they are replying as their wish. For each and every email we need to wait for minimum 3 days. Wasting money, time and peace of customers. Their aim is money money money but even after getting lots of money they don't work properly!
