Like others have said I would leave NO STARS in this review if possible. So far customer service is non-existent. Email's with no response and a telephone number that will keep you in a waiting mode for hours. They have picked up my item on May 26th and I can't even schedule a delivery date until 16-18 Jun??? What kind of delivery service is this? For one I can't believe AAFES would use such a company with horrible service. I have a shipment from Arkansas to North Carolina that shipped on 4/23/21, was suppose to arrive between 5/4 - 5/10. I have emailed FragilePak for an update, I have yet to receive a response as of 5/16. Very Disappointed

If I could be leave less then 1 star I would. It’s week 5 on a 2 week quote with no information as to where our couch is...... Frustrating is an understatement

Up until delivery, they were good. Easy to schedule. Easy to change Notified 30 mins before Driver was rude& uncooperative I asked him to put the couch on 1 wall, loveseat on 2nd wall, chair on 3rd He sajd" gotta go.. busy" and walked out leaving me to move the furniture myself. This was WHITE GLOVE SERVICE Customer service made excuses saying they have tight schedules Sams Club has many BETTER Delivery services Avoid this one

Terrible company. They do not pick up the phone or answer emails. There service is terrible. They picked up my merchandise a month ago from the warehouse and it still has not been delivered. We live 7 hrs away this is a day trip I could have driven down with a u-haul and had my furniture by now. Do not use this company.

Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Not only is there NO ONE even there to answer phones (I called many times and at a certain point it just hangs up), but no one answers emails either. When you call it just keeps suggesting that you email to avoid the "on hold wait times," in reality it's only suggesting this because no one is going to answer the call. I also tried all the emails provided on the website and no responses that way either. Seriously people... all I want is the current delivery status!!

Hello.  This will be my last email since no one has responded to my phone calls and emails.  I am reaching out to you to let you know that I have not received my order that I purchased from Shopmyexchange(a military store).  I received an email from this company stating that my package was delivered.  I contacted the shopmyexchange customer service department which directed me to the Escalations team and they researched that the item "was" delivered on Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 at 3:38pm.  It was not delivered to my address. ... read more

I’m writing this review because this company has terrible customer service. I am still waiting for delivery of my furniture which was picked up a month ago. I have sent many emails to their support address, none of which have been answered. When I call them, I’m put on hold for as long as 90 minutes. The two times I was able to speak to someone it took another 30 minutes to get information.
