My experience with fragile ship was terrible. As a shipper who ships items all over the world, I understand the importance of packing and the cost of shipping. After purchasing a number of items from a seller in Louisville. Fragile Ship was recommended by the seller. After receiving a quote of $150 to ship the items in two boxes. I called and questioned why I needed two boxes and why the cost was so expensive. They charge me $48 to pack the items. They have had my package sine July 6th. They have given me three ETAs, July 27th, August 2nd, and NOW August 9th, however they don't even know for sure if this will be the ETA either because they currently do not have a "routing" to the Facility closest to me. So I have to just wait until THEY WANT to ship my package. Zero timeliness and ZERO customer service.

Worst delivery service imaginable. Poor communication, and when they called I offered to meet the driver on the highway because my place can be hard to find. Sat there for an hour and half and no show. Calling Fragile Pak results in repeated "apologize for the inconvenience". On hold for an hour...twice... and gave up. If you cannot reach anyone and have the same problems everyone else seems to have with hese people, try the CEO or President. They may be able to direct you to someone that can help. If I could leave a score of 0 I would. This is the worst company ever!!!! They are trying to deliver a chair I ordered through AAFES and they will not deliver it except for 1 day a week. They will not return phone calls, and when you do talk to someone they cannot or will not help. Even the managers won't help!!! Terrible....

Speaking from multiple experiences, months of delay, delivery no-shows, and impossible communication will result in you cancelling any order scheduled for delivery with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, I had to give them 1 star. They don't even deserve that! This is a follow up email I received after delivery: Thank you very much for using FragilePAK. We appreciate your business and we trust you received a professional, damage free delivery. The answer is NO. I did not receive a professional, damage free delivery. There was nothing but excuses. When I placed my order with Appliance connection it said it would be delivered before Thanksgiving. But once this company took possession of my fridge, I had no ide... read more

I had a horrendous experience with the company Fragilepak, as well. I contacted the Military Exchange regarding the mental, emotional, financial, abuse I received from this company base on the military's choice for hiring them to deliver their appliances, and other items to the military's customer. This company deserve a rating of Zero. The worst company I have ever encountered. The representatives are incompetent, and big liars! You will lose days from work, attempting to get your delivery of an item, and still may not receive it. You will spend hours on the telephone waiting for someone to answer your call. Has very poor customer service as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU DO… YoU WILL REGRET IT!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They apparently have a contract with the government and are working with the military exchange on the bases to NEVER deliver any items or deliver them when they damn well feel like it. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and I'm beginning to think fraudulent. When you look up the CEO on linkedin he has a ridiculous picture. This company is taking the contract money and never delivering. They need to be stopped!
