My whole experience was very pleasant from the staff to the doctor everyone was accommodating and knowledgeable. Very professional environment.
The Nurse Practioner and Ultrasound tech are really good, but one of the secretary’s in the front isn’t good. Unhelpful and condescending. I won’t be back.
This clinic is not military-friendly and I'm glad I never went to the follow up appointment! My bill would have been thousands!! I only came to this clinic because my insurance referred me here, yet I was repeatedly told I was not covered months after I was seen! Even though I clearly have TWO insurances. I tried to provide my information and received absolutely no help. Being billed directly instead of my insurance has been stressful and upsetting, and I relive the experience every time I receive a bill.
I had an appointment at 3:30 I got there at 4 and the lady said they weren’t accepting patients anymore I came out from Palm Springs just for this appointment because I’m comfortable at this one. There’s no policy claiming they can’t take patients after a certain time from the appointment (aka late) ALSO never received a call or text from them regarding if I’m still coming in considering I was late, I even tried reaching out & no answer. Hi just wnatwd to share my experience. I just found them online recently. Decided to go and found that they were all very kind and friendly and the place was clean and didnt have to wait long to be seen. They were quick and efficient and listened to my concerns and one of the nurses even gave me hug after and just explained everything clear snd well and my experience in all was good. I will definitely go again. They made it feel comfortable going. 😌 everything ran smoothly and they answered all my questions.
