Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. My girlfriend went in for a routine Pap smear, and the provider didn’t use any lubricant before inserting the speculum — which caused unnecessary pain and bleeding. This lack of basic care and consideration was deeply concerning. Procedures like this should always be handled with compassion and attention to patient comfort. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious and ask questions before trusting this place with something so sensitive.
