Generally a good service. I went in for a different reason but ended up getting the copper IUD. I had been considering it for a while already, so it wasn't an impulsive decision. I had read many testimonies online about how it's an incredibly painful experience, and while I did feel some pain, it wasn't too bad and the procedure was quick. This place is absolutely amazing. Yeah,waiting time can be a little longer but compare to Beverly Hills clinics this place made a difference for me. Everybody had a calm demeanour, friendly, understanding and respectful. The process was very smooth, they answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Also important detail is the level of cleanliness, all rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommended.
