I came for an IUD and I am super happy with the service. Of course getting an IUD is never comfortable and always painful to a certain extent, but the nurse practitioner was super kind, talked me through every step and took only 2 minutes. I was super nervous at first because I had an IUD inserted before but at a different clinic and it was a complete nightmare and traumatic, but here the procedure was so gentle and quick!
I had a serious and painful IUD complication happen to me TWICE because of the carelessness of the staff and OBGYNs here. This is TMI but my IUD was displaced 3 years after I got the first one, the OB here yanked it out and inserted a new one and if you know the pain of getting an IUD - it's traumatic. 2 years after I got that one, the same complication happened where the IUD was displaced and I wondered why? Everyone here was so kind and supportive. I especially want to thank Ilaria for her compassion and for helping me save a lot of money. She truly made a difficult day much easier.
I literally drive out of town just to come here. Everyone is so nice, you don’t feel judged, they’re so helpful. They care for you like no other and I’m truly grateful for them. It’s so easy to talk to them. The service they provide is what makes me come back to them even though there’s a location isn’t closer to me.
