The ladies who helped me once I was in a room were very sweet and sympathetic, reassuring, informative, and listened to all my concerns. There was one thing to follow up on by phone call, and they did so very quickly just 2 days after the appointment! Overall, felt well taken care of there.
DO NOT COME. I think receptionist JANET should be trained more. When I asked her if bv and yeast infection was the same she said it is. Give it more time, to only be prescribed a new medication for bv. Also when I called to make an appointment next week to get tested she said I doubt it’s that cause u got checked on the 1st. soo things don’t change since? I love this place everyone is so nice. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at home the nurse and doctors thoroughly explain everything to you so that you can understand and they also explain it with Tender-hearts. It’s definitely a safe space for women and I would encourage anyone to go here. They are trustworthy and friendly.
