I had a very positive experience with this company, the whole process was very simple and they were available all the time! I used to get frequent updates about the progress of the deal. Why can’t people just do what they say they’re going to do? I contacted another company first—they offered me $413,000 as is for my house. Then after us being under contract for three weeks (One week from closing) they came to me and said they couldn’t close unless we dropped the price by $50,000. I said hell no.
