Visited this location twice. The first time, I got a gel manicure that was decently done, things were decently clean considering, and the service was sub par. Nails came out crisp and I paid $35 as charged, and left an $8 tip. The SECOND TIME, I wanted another gel manicure. The service was aggressive, not very clean, and the woman doing my nails PEELED off my previous gel manicure, rather than soaking. She scraped at my nails & cut my cuticles bloody. Worst experience. Wasn’t offered water. Came from Salem visiting friends. Wouldn’t shorten my nails because nail beds to short-in 30 years of pedicures this has never been a problem. Shellac polish has bumps. Nails long and crooked. Didn’t clean up cuticles. When I called asked for partial refund they expect me to drive 55 miles so they can fix- need to see the problem first.
She scratched up my skin and cuticles. The underside of the nails are botched and lumpy. She didn’t bother to ask what color rhinestone I wanted or if I even wanted one in the first place (and they don’t even match). They don’t have a menu for their services or prices. A really bad experience poor professionalism from the owner they took us last minute but from the start she was very rude! As i was waiting for her to start on me she keeps doing her nails first and when i asked her kindly to fix a little my nails she starts getting very upset and raising her voice multiple times at me wow im still in shock how can a business owner treat clients this way.
The pedi was not good at all. When I get a pedi I want my hard skin under my feet to be gone. This didnt happen. The pedis I used to get in FL were much better. I will not come back unfortunately.
went here with my daughter for my birthday never been here before will never go back horrible service felt very rushed to pick a color then made one of my fingers bleed, did not ask if I was ok, nails look really bad. my daughter had her finger start to bleed and her tech put glue on it,
I love the pedicure I got today. The technician wasn't talkative at all but that was fine with me because I really have to strain to understand anyway. She was thorough, quick and did a wonderful job.
I love foxy nails!!! They do such a great job every time I’m in there. they work so hard and take their time. Overall they do what I ask and love their work. Great job Ladies!! 💕
