I've been going to Foxy Nails for a few years, and I always see Nina. I even followed her to Prim Nails Spa for a while. I've rarely had an issue. Here's the thing: Getting your nails done isn't painless. Cuticles are pulled. Nail beds are scraped. That's how your nails look better. I get my nails done regularly, and that still happens every now and then. Went to foxy nails last Monday with my aunt and mom. Worst experience ever!!! The tech who did mine was rude, on her phone, extremely unprofessional. Lied about about the cost, didn't give me what I paid for. Burned two of my finger tips did a half ass job polishing my nails. My mom's nails are shot. Because the lady didn't do the buffing or sanding on her nails and can't fix it now. Never going back again!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES!!!
