Loving this hotel rooms are amazing views are breathtaking
Just came back from floods and loved it. Its our second time going and had no problems can't wait to go back
Too long to get to casino from fox tower. .elevator going up half hour wait ..elevator going down no access ..had to take employee elevator ..no security going to hotel elevators..not to be negative but not extremely happy..people sleeping in hotel elevator entrance..
I had an emergency situation and couldn't get my upgrade fee back without even sleeping in the room. The jacuzzi room is outdated and furniture too. I strongly feel as though you can not win in this casino and to drive this far from Monticello, NY is not worth it. The drinks stops at 12P.M./2P.M. and that took long.
Customer service is the worst and still waiting for answer on my refund that the COMPUTER GLITCH did. I am waiting for more money than what I was supposed to pay for one night. Had a problem with the 25 credit that there own Package included. Can’t get that money back either. Yes I purchased the Unwind package that included the 25. I spent 25 at there gift store and never received credit. This place gets better with each visit
My family went yesterday Sunday 21st 2019 for a Jojo Siwa concert. She's 6 it's her first. Besides her having fun we're upset that we couldn't use the pool in our hotel area with the kids. They said it was for the adults time and said we need to go to another pool on the opposite side. When we got there it was packed full of kids and parents that was also upset. I know you have others spending big money, buy money is money especially having a family of 8 people. Not a happy experience but we did what we did.
Went to see GET THE LED OUT!! Great show!!
