I was reading all the reviews and I was surprised at all the unhappy ones.� My stay was by far a great experience our room wasn’t ready but we were well taken care of till it was. Our bags were held and we explored the casino and hotel. Loved the outlets ! We were there for the concert and had a suite for the night . Poolside view and the tops of the trees were beautiful. 19th floor not a cloud in the sky. We had dinner at splint and breakfast at juniors both were very good. I love it have so much fun the games and friends. Only been 3 times but can't wait to go again. Win or loose, it's still alot of fun.
Loved it! Free upgrade from deluxe king to a King Suite at Grand cedar hotel! We will definitely be back sometime soon! I loved the fried cauliflower wings at Hard Rock Cafe! I just didn’t like that I couldn’t shop because all the shops closed early and we’re not open by the time of checkout

Bingo was fun but when they switched callers could not understand him. He needs to learn annunciation. The dealer at 3 card poker and zero personality. No smiles. No conversation. She appeared unkempt. Place was clean as always.
Drove 1 and 1/2 hrs to get there to try out the new kart track that opened aug 3rd by there posts track not open nothing on web site you advertise is open never go there again
Had a birthday slumber party for my grand daughter. We all had a blast.
