Been waiting almost one hour on a Tuesday to get into video bingo! Foxwoods needs to hire more help! Place is starting to go down hill
I absolutely had a blast staff was fantastic the running roulette on Sunday night was fantastic
So, I just had the worst experience I've ever had here. The kid who is currently in the Great Cedar rewards booth has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He was super rude to me and super rude to the older gentlemen beside me. The man was joking around after the kid had ask for his card and the old man had chuckled and said, "do you need my social too?" And the kid was like, "um do you need to be like that? Is it really that big of a deal man, whatever." This place is going downhill fast. I'm so disgusted.
Our room was terrific. The shower was over the top.
Foxwood is a Dump...it was a nice place, when it opened, but now, I would not pay One Dollar to stay there...My wife and I, have visited Casinos in Arizona, Vegas, Atlantic city, Puerto Rico, and Connecticut, and Foxwood has been the worst.
