What a great team! Not only do they have exceptional products, their team is one of the best! They make each customer feel welcome and support them in their fitness journey, whatever that may be!
My husband and I stumbled on Fleet Feet today while looking for a different shoe store; and I was pleasantly surprised. Jeremy was awesome as I am very particular when comes to shoes. They actually map your feet and select styles and sizes for you from there. I have never had such great customer service in a shoe store before. He was honest with me about everything. I look very much to working with them in the future.

My friends Chris and Frank recently were given the red carpet treatment in a wonderful shoe fitting for Chris. They couldn't believe the outstanding customer service. Jeremy, your gift of time and service was incredible!!!! Chris relayed her experience to me....so pleased with the knowledge she came away with. You have added another Fleet Feet Family Member!
Jeremy assisted me with a shoe fitting. He was very patient and informative. It was also neat to see the digital reading of my foot! He provided me with some tips for handling shin splints and informed me of several events that are coming up. In addition, they have a rewards program which is always helpful!! Quality products and excellent customer service.
