It is like a family… Not only will they get you set up with the proper running gear Tailored to your body, but you will also make great friends through their running and coaching programs. Absolutely fabulous experience!! Nate helped me understand my foot shape and stance. He was very patient and explained things very well. He had me try on several pairs of shoes until I found two pairs that I liked. His friendly and personable attitude contributed greatly to my excellent overall experience!!

I went in yesterday and purchased shoes and inserts. Jeremy listened to me and helped find a great shoe for me. He spent an hour helping me. Great customer service. I won't shop anywhere else for shoes!

Love Fleet Feet Fox Valley! The store is always clean and merchandise is neatly displayed. I especially love how many women are working here. As a female athlete, it's always nice to have that female sales person who "gets you." Double kudos for the annual "Diva Night."
