I had a wonderful experience with Marc getting running shoes. He analyzed my foot and then gave me three options. He even let me walk/run outside with them a little. I also contacted on-line customer service to get into the rewards program and Shelby was excellent. Customer service from the store and on-line was excellent.
Had an awesome experience get fitted for running shoes when I was just starting out. Would recommend them to anyone.
