I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I took my sister here on the recommendation of her physical therapist. She needs good shoes, that offer support, for her job. I do not shop here on a regular basis, and did not know that you needed an appointment for someone to fit your shoe or even offer any assistance. We were greeted with a question of what did you need. RecommendedThe staff and owners are phenomenal! They are very helpful, friendly, and most of all low pressure sales. They are there to help guide you to the best selection of what your looking for. A wide variety to choose from, reasonably priced, well stocked and you can try things on. If you’re looking for new shoes, clothing or gear I HIGHLY recommend going to Fleet Feet Fox Valley to see Jeremy, Leah and their great team!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I recently had the pleasure of working with Leah and the level of service I received was outstanding! Her knowledge of all the products was amazing and she took the time to really listen and recommend products to suit my needs, without making me feel pressured to buy (even though I walked out with more than just shoes 🙂) 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
I was extremely impressed with the patience and time I was given while fitting a new pair of running shoes. The analysis of my feet and gait, the selection of shoes, and the time spent answering all of my questions was above and beyond my expectations.
