Super service and yummy food!
So obviously Fox's doesn't practice the customers always right policy. My sons girlfriend ordered wedgies there tonight and when my son got home from work they had messed up his food. When she called them they denied she had special ordered it and basically called her a liar. So in a day when money is tight they are offering poor customer service and not admitting their mistake. Used to order from them frequently but will not anymore. So for 9 dollars an hour they can't get the order right nor can they admit they messed up. ... read more
Just called to order a pizza and I asked for half pineapple and half mushroom and opened the pizza.. its mushroom and pepperoni. 25$ for an incorrect order….
