I'm a 5 star Beverly location kinda guy ;-)
Love their food but disappointed in their customer service skills. Called a few weeks ago and ended up canceling my order due to the fact that the person taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. Week or so prior to that went in to pick up and order and stood there for 10 minutes while people stood around talking. I wasn't even acknowledged. Again great food but until customer service improves I will be taking my business elsewhere.
