This complex is okay, apartments are mediocre, small, and dirty. Trash tends to lay for days wherever it is thrown on the grounds or in the breezeways. Appliances and plumbing fixtures are outdated and shabby. Rental company says that they clean the carpets after every move-out, but charged me a carpet cleaning fee because they don t clean the carpets after move-outs anymore . On a good note, I lived there for a year and never felt unsafe.
These apartmets are among the most preferred apartments in the Greenwood area. The complex is well maintained, has swimming poos and other amentities. Highly recommended.
