RecommendedI lived at Foxcroft for 3 years. The property is amazing, the access to the eastern trail, dog park, and it’s location make this a great place to live. The units themselves are spacious, and well set up. Would definitely recommend to Anyone looking to move to scarborough.

I wanted to spread some joy about this community! The people who work in the office and maintenance are wonderful! They are always so quick to respond and get things done even when it’s not an emergency! We got a dog recently and we were lucky enough to win the bark box for the month- Tucker loved everything he got in the box! I love that they have fun things for all types of their residents- humans and pets! Thank you to everyone for everything always!
great place and wonderful staff
We lived at Foxcroft and Coach Lantern a total of 9 years. We had a wonderful experience and recommend both places very highly. Our last 7 years were at Foxcroft and we couldn't have been happier. The staff is the best and very attentive to our needs. We not only highly recommend Foxcroft but we would definitely live here again!!!
Have been living here for a little over two years, and just love it! They keep the property so well-maintained, and the staff is so wonderful and helpful. The maintenance crew is amazing. They are always there when I need something fixed, or just need help to hang a shelf! The office staff is always helpful, and efficient. The location is fantastic. Despite being in a busier part of Scarborough, the property is incredibly quiet and quaint. It’s such a great place to live!
I've been living here since June and every time I've walked into the office the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a nice property as well, great for a quiet walks. All around us a great place to live.
They do not abide by tenant laws and right. I tried to reconcile a situation eith them and got no response at all.
The apartments are so small and overpriced, when I left I received a letter stating because They feel I didn't give 2 months notice they charged me almost $2000?? But when we filled out our notice to vacate it asked where to send our security deposit to, yeah right and when I signed on for an additional 6 months I told Taylor I would be leaving at the end of this lease but somehow that was forgotten! Don't move in there unless you want to just give the company money for no reason they will always find a reason to not return ... read more
