I absolutely love living here. I have lived in a number of apartments and this is by far my favorite. The staff is awesome maintenance is quick to respond the grounds are well kept and I feel safe letting my kids roam around the complex to play.
If you want a good place to stay come to Foxboro Apartments these people are awesome here I've been living here for 2 years and I haven't had a problem with anything
This place is absolutely horrible. Filthy people live without a care to the world about their neighbors. Kids run around without parental control. Management does not care about the cleanliness of the grounds or apartments. If I could afford to move out I would, unfortunately I have a lease that I have regreted signing the first month i was here. All this complex and management company care about is how much money they are raking in. Do YOURSELF a favor and DO NOT move here. You will regret it just like I do!!
WORST PLACE EVER!! This place is a complete rip off.10 weeks was all I stayed at this place and they Ripped me off so bad..I Would give them a -0 star if I could. DO NOTRENT FROM HERE!!! They charged me over 400 in damages. I had to clean it when I moved in. It was filthy. And it was scrubbed clean when I moved out. Plus they served me an eviction notice 2 weeks AFTER I moved out because they didn't listen to my voicemail or email I sent the asking for my final bill and to do a walk in. My fiance and I lived here for 2 years. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and a pretty great layout. The 2 bedroom has 2 full size bathrooms with tubs, and both rooms have nice sized walk in closets. The windows are huge, and you get tons of natural light. There is a full size washer and dryer with every unit. Horrible! They will charge up the butt after you move out. The apartment was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in!!! But we were charged $750!!
