I used to love living here everything was great maintenance was great but now you cant even get them to change a lightbulb this is how dark it is at 5 am its pitch black when some people leave for work. So when I fell this morning after asking for a week for them to come put in new lightbulbs because of a bag I called the office and instead of I'll get someone over there right now and I'm sorry are you okay, I get who's garbage so I can fine them! So far I have been impressed with the process. I move in Friday and am very excited!
The office really cares about me as a resident. They all know me by name and know my friends and family as well. They treat my medical dog like a human resident, that a lot of respect. Maintenance is always quick and does a great job. The only problems I have had have been toilet problems, the place is kept up so there just isn’t a lot of maintenance to do. I am going on my 2nd year here and i absolutely love my apartment! The office staff is amazing and they are always so friendly, maintenance is great they are fast and always take care of any issue i have had the day i report it. I love how big the 2 bedroom is.
Horrible place, well it was last year. People on lower floors get bothered by people up stairs, heater fans way to loud can't even watch tv cuz too loud.
