I bought their 20' tilt deck Fox trailer and it has been amazing. I would recommend buying radial tires and not bother with the bias ply.
I bought a 7x14 Tailwind cargo trailer and had some custom work done to it. The sales and delivery process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. In comparing value, the trailer I bought had many items included that were "upgrades" at a local competitor. I would highly recommend this company.
My husband bought an inferior trailer from this company. I wished we would have researched this company before buying. It has been almost 3 months and we are still being given the run around. My husband is a contractor and needed a work trailer. Well, he has a trailer sitting, empty. His tools are on the job site taking up space. Purchased a Snow King from Fox last winter. Chad, Jen, and Dan were all great to work with. Trailer was a special order with a short delivery date. It even came in early. I would recommend them for any trailer needs.
