The service beyond the sell is nonexistent. No contact from the warranty department since May. I’ve sent emails, I’ve called the factory and still have not got the issues resolved!! I would never buy from them or Continental Cargo again!!
RecommendedI just wanted to give a big thank you to the crew at Fox trailer. We were on a family vacation 3 hours from home and broke a bearing on our travel trailer. We stopped in at 3pm in hopes that they would have the right parts to help us. Not only did they have the right parts they went above and beyond our expectations in helping us get back on the road!! Wow, the best most painless experience we have ever done. Chad the owner is incredible, no high pressure sales tactics and best prices around anywhere, plus just a cool guy. Rachel who we talked to on the phone was why we used them to begin with. I seriously would recommend them for all your trailer needs. In and out fast service. Fox trailers has it going on!

My son wanted to buy a flat bed trailer in 2003 and I told him to go to Fox, which he did and bought a trailer. I wanted to buy a cargo trailer and ended up at Fox after looking at trailers in Spokane. The deal I got at Fox couldn't be beat, the trailer was special ordered the way I wanted. I have dealt with Chad, Jennifer, Will and Dan and I have to say they have been great to deal with, I will recommend Fox to any one who wants a trailer. Thanks all of you people at Fox.
