I moved into Fox Springs a month ago. My overall experience has been great. The neighborhood is nice. The overall location is great (5 - 10 minutes away from almost everything) The staff is friendly and responsive. You will thank yourself for making the decision to be apart of the community at fox springs. Side note - Jeannie is awesome, and goes out of her way to deliver first class customer service.
I absolutely love everything about my home and staff is hands down the most friendly, reliable, professional and all around amazing people I’ve dealt with ever. A true blessing to be here
We have lived in 2 of RAND’s properties. Maple Sunset Apartments and now at Fox Springs Condos and we really enjoy it here. The condos are well made and really feel like home. It’s a place where you get to know your neighbors.
Honestly the best dealings with a rental company that I’ve had. Paying rent through their online portal is convenient and easy. Always easy to contact the leasing office. Maintenance always came promptly when I needed. And the townhouse itself was great. Updated kitchen, nice wall color, ceiling fans in all the rooms, vinyl floors in the living space, nice little patch of yard space, close to downtown. My move out process was easy. My only real complaint was that my driveway in the unit I had was so steep it was barely useab... read more
