Went in and asked to have my oil changed and tires rotated. They informed after taking a look that my tires didn't need rotating because they were so worn and didn't charge me for it - honest company!
Not only were they really fast, they had the necessary parts and checked to see if the repair was under warranty. The other dealership was going to charge me 250 to complete the repair.
Jesse Scott has been very helpful. A strange noise developed in the right front suspension several days after delivery. Jesse and his service personnel tried to correct the problem quickly, however, the noise was still present. The second service was performed yesterday and hopefully the problem is resolved. Probably will not know until cold temperatures return this fall. If the noise is still present when cold temperatures return, I would hope Honda (not Fox Motors) will take the vehicle back and refund all my expenses. At ... read more
