GREAT SERVICE AND SUPPORT STAFF
Pat, the service writer, worked to get me a "customer waiting appointment" first thing in the morning. Pat sought me out in the business center to give me an update. With a software upgrade and oil change, I was out in less than 90 minutes. I like that in a business: do what you say you're going to do and do it in a timely fashion. This is my second Accord from Fox Honda but it won't be my last.
Michelle is always very friendly and attentive when I have either called or come in for service. Mechanics I have dealt with always take time to answer any questions I may have.
Both the service and the people are great! The people who do the check in whether for full service or an oil change are very friendly and helpful and keep me informed of the status. I have always been especially impressed with Pat Campbell - she really goes the extra mile for cusomer service.
The service was good and fast as always. When paying the bill I found a flyer about your $1 - $4 car wash. It would have been nice for the service people to tell be about this and apply the Fox head emblem and license plate frame. Now I have to make a trip back to get this done.
