Riding back roads on a long road trip. Stopped here for a poker chip and a little break. The girls in motor clothes were not friendly and actually seemed put off when we asked where the restroom was. Other dealerships we stopped at on this trip were friendly, asked about our travels, offered something to drink, etc. Maybe this place only likes their locals. We did run into a friendly customer, so we chatted with him.
RecommendedJason “bulldog” Mroz was super knowledgeable, exceptional customer service, polite and was able to answer all my questions. Jason is a no bs straight shooter kinda guy. No different than any other dealer.
They will do the work you ask, break something else, and charge you to fix it. I have an '04 sporty and do all my work myself, only thing I can't do is mount and balance tires. I had just done my pads and brake fluid less than a week before my tire change appointment. Drove in with working brakes, then they called me up saying my rear brake doesn't work. I got my bike home and found they had replaced my rear brake fluid with some unknown fluid and blamed me. They wanted to charge me $350 to fix they did to my bike. I have ph... read more

I was shopping elsewhere and was thinking of getting a used Heritage, and others couldn't get in my monthly budget. Then i came here and ended up with a new 2020 Heritage, in my budget, thanks to Brandon and the awesome staff at Fox river Harley Davidson, highly recommended
Took a chance and drove a couple hours and Brandon found me the perfect bike. Even though they were swamped,the head of each dept. took the time for introductions and made sure we had any questions answered. The presentation was a blast as they welcomed us to the Harley family. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth the trip.
