My husband and I have visited a number of HD dealers, very few have staff who will approach the female of a couple who comes in. We weren't on our bikes the day we came in & we split up to check out the inventory. It was a pleasant surprise to be approached & treated as a rider, period. My experience has been it is not common to experience that as a female rider, even when one rides in on one's own bike. Great people great service
Hannah in motor clothes was fantastic! She helped me find the perfect leather jacket and gloves to match! She went above and beyond to tell me about all of the functions of the items, she really knows her stuff! I really appreciate her taking the time to help me try stuff on too.
Its a nice dealership but the help makes you feel uncomfortable they watch every move you make Woodstock and Conrads dont make you feel that way .
