This is the second time I have been lied to by Fox River Harley-Davidon. Today I went in to get a Custom Dynamics LED taillight. They didn't have the one I needed. They told me Woodstock Harley-Davdson had the taillight I needed in stock. I ride to Woodstock only to find out the taillight that I was told was in stock was sold in January! Really I like a few of the other Windy City Harley dealers but I'm done with Fox River! I'm tired of being lead on wild goose chases for parts! I can not express how awesome this entire staff is. James in sales paid such attention to detail as to what I was after. John, Brandon and Jimmy helped every step of the way as well. Patrick in finance worked his magic and got the #s right. Considering they are led by Brian none of this is surprising...TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY!!!
