She is currently being investigated for theft by the Tallahassee PD & the DBPR. Several owners haven't received the rent collected & owed by her for months. I highly suggest you avoid this mess.
Horrible. Michelle is a thief and will steal your money. Property Owners beware do not use this service. I am currently pursuing criminal charges against her for embezzlement.
Had the worst renting experience I ever had in Tallahassee with this property management. I finally had to work with a lawyer to get myself out of one of her managed properties.
Worst company ever!!! Will not give me my tenants security deposits or pay me the rent that they owe me. I am currently trying to file criminal charges as thousands of dollars have been stolen from me.
I hired this company to manage my rental house in Tallahassee. This company was the worst experience i have ever had with any company. They were dishonest in everything that they did for me. Just a few examples: They promised that the fix up would be done by July 1 - it was not done until August. It took them two months to get the place rented, then put a non qualified tenant (had a criminal record and an eviction). The first month, they kept all the rent, said i still owed for repairs.
