I have been a resident here for over 5 years, came time to renew my lease and was told my rent would be 5 dollars more a month and signed my lease. Then received a late notice for 48 dollars, since I signed the contract there is nothing I can say but to pay cause it's in the contract, not sure about you but I don't have a extra 48 dollars lying around!!
