I rented a condo there from December first 2017 till 11/30/2018 I paid 642$ as a security deposit, after i left the condo .. they asked me to pay 240$ !! for the damages in the condo !!! Which there was non!! When I asked for a proof for that , they sent to me photos dated 10/29 /2018 !!!!!! I emailed them saying that I left the condo on 11/30/2018 ! Be warned on your last month there (if you move out) they will arbitrarily add on an extra couple of days to squeeze a few hundred extra bucks out of you. Crooks, Half competent maintenance, at best. Will nitpick over every little thing. Better and CHEAPER places to live

Love that it feels like I’m in the country, love the wildlife, ponds and walking paths, love the friendly neighbors and staff! Love the location and how pet friendly the property is! Hope to stay here for a while because I can’t imagine being anywhere else!
I have lived at Fox Point in Old Farm for 14 years and hope to continue. I choose to stay here because of the unique feature of the quiet two lane streets and beautiful lakes and ancient trees. The grounds are so well kept; management really stays on top of the green belt, the trees and the waterways. We are well cared for. The current manager, Darlene, a charming Georgia Peach and her team are like family that is not only very attentive and competent but refreshingly engaging. Good apartments for a good price. Maintnece was always on top of fixing whatever needed fixed. The front office ladies were always so nice! Also they have ducks!
Great place! Super fun and nice office staff looking to better your experience. Friendly faces make happy places. High five Fox Point!
Maybe ill change this rating when the gate for the hot tub gets fixed or they figure out a work around for after office hours access.
