I just moved in and I could not be happier.I love my new apartment! It is spacious,immaculate inside and out.I own a home and only come to Salt Lake to work.This place makes me excited to come to work.This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in.Kimberly is a wonderful person and made all the difference.Made the process so easy I could not believe it.Easier than booking some hotel rooms.
So I haven't moved in yet but Kimberly in the office has been awesome she's helped me get a place to stay in such a short amount of time and she's just been great to work with. I'm very excited to be moving in!
Middle of summertime, my AC goes bad and I was told I'll have to wait 2 days for their AC guy to come. Guess I'm not that important to management
My mother has lived here for about 12 yrs now, so obviously she loves it! I've had many dealings with the staff over this time and while 99% of them have been good, but today was definitely special. The professionalism and extra steps that they took to ensure everyone's safety today during a gas leak was just fantastic. Both the office staff and the maintenance team went out of the way to ensure that my mother, who is legally blind and currently recovering from major surgery, was safe. Seriously, I cant thank them enough.
