Great Job – They had wonderful customer service, hard working they cleaned everything up like they where never even there. Did the job in the amount of time they said. No hidden cost. There price was very in the same range as the other bids I received.

No more crying after Seattle freeze – After the Seattle freeze we had a copper pipe burst. Will from Fox Plumbing came right away and to replace and repair this water pipe. The best part was that the actual cost was much lower than the estimate. Yahoo!

Excellent Plumbing Company – During our recent cold snap here in Seattle, I thought we had frozen pipes. I called 3 other local plumbing companies Friday, December 11th. One said they were a 24 hour company and would be out between 9 and 11 p.m. Friday. They later phoned to say they would not be able to come. I did not here back from them Saturday even after calling them again myself Saturday. A friend told me about Fox Plumbing. I called Saturday afternoon around 2:30. great service and attention to detail – The service from Savanna at the office was fast and efficient. Chad did very nice work and took care to make sure everything was perfect before he left. He helped get all of the gas appliances back on line and answered all of my husband's questions.

quality and customer service – Chad arrived at night within half an hour of being called. We had broken pipes and a flooded room. He worked efficently and quickly, finding several breaks caused from the freeze. He was polite and trustworthy. I would have him back again. I was extreemly thankful and pleased.

perfect immediate service – The faucet was spraying and I didn't think anyone would come immediately...they drove up knew how to turn outside water off, and fixed with parts in truck. They also gave cash discount , and coupons for future work. Thank you

Honestly very little pressure – I have used this plumbing co. before and feel comfortable I'm not being ripped off/oversold. I believe customer service is important to them and that's why I used them again. No high pressure to sell more than you need.
