Fox Plumbing is once again a great company to call. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable, and in this case, Adrian took care of replacing a leaking Hot water dispenser without any wasted time. Plumbing repair is always more expensive than you think it should be. If you accept that premise, then Fox is just fine. I have used the company several times and will continue to do so when the need arises.

Excellent Custome Service – I hate to sound like the others, but Mike and Tony and Scott ( in training) were sent to my house in Kent because the very old sewer line was backing up. These concrete lines were installed in the early 1930's and really should all be replaced in the next few years. The place this one backed up was in my neighbor's driveway. No time wasted! – It's hard to call on a plumber to come out when you know the cost is always expensive! Unfortunately, we were out of choices when our sewer lines backed up in our (older) home. I had two really good past experiences with Fox Plumbing and Heating, so when I called for help, I expected the best again. I was certainly not disappointed! Amazing Plumbers – I have had a slow leak in my ceiling for almost a year, and no plumbers (who were all rated highly) could find the leak. They even opened up my ceiling with no luck. So, almost $1000 later I gave up--then someone recommended Fox and they found the problem and fixed it in less than two hours!! Wouldn't call anyone else. Fox is great! – We had a very good first experience with Fox a few months back, so we didn't hesitate to call them again to get gas piped in for our new range. Adrian was our technician this time and he was prompt, curteous, knowledgeable & efficient. He quickly assessed the job, made a short trip (really!) to get parts and was back and done with the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Good plumbers. – They were able to show up quickly and complete the job on the same day. Most impressively they were able to comunicate with thier office for technical assistance for information about the property. This was critical in taking the appropriate corse of action, narrowing the options to the one plan that would work. The only thing that was a problem was some of the pipe refitting was not done to the requested specifications. Great job! – We received estimates from 4 different plumbing companies regarding problems with our sewer line and chose to go with Fox Plumbing because they seemed competent and candid in the work that needed to be done. The quote was reasonable and they did not try to charge us unnecessarily. When they actually opened the ground up, they found the root of our problem was due to installation of a gas line. Best Professional Service – This was the second time I have used Fox plumbing. We receieved a phone call in the morning, on the day of the service and was actually able to get the tech to our home, earlier then promised, which was a plus. The tech, Heath, was professional and courteous. Not only did he install the new toilet, and remove the old one, he also checked our house water pressure, which thankfully was in range, and pointed out that our hot water heater, and hoses on our washer, were due to be replaced. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – I was having problems with my plumbing and when I got a call from Fox plumbing that they would be out to my house the same day i just thought that i would not happen. With in 45 minutes Carl drove up ready to work and just was so helpful with telling me what went wrong and how to avoid future problems that i was glad that he was sent over to fix my plumbing needs.
