excellenct service – My daughter is college student in Grand Rapids, MI and needed some car repair work done on her Nissan. I called the day before and spoke with a very nice man from the service dept, who said he would make sure her car was taken care of and would call us if any unexpected problems arose and we needed to work out payment over the phone. Would not honor extended warranty THEY sold us. F--- – We bought an extended warranty from East Nissan about 2.5 years ago. When my wife's Maxima had a problem they said they no longer accept that warranty and recommended we call the company and see who they work with. I was very upset and I talked with the General Manager. He gave his song and dance about how they don't pay and the customer service was bad. I started laughing saying the same thing of his company.
