RecommendedDespite all of the so so reviews, I would give Fox Mazda a 5! I initially had been looking to purchase a Ford Escape, however after looking at the Mazda lineup, I realized I was getting more options and car for the price. The ford salesman Jeff, was super helpful and willing to pivot to selling a Mazda to me. He was never pushy, professional and just an awesome guy to work with. The employees that greet me are always super nice. They walk me to where I need to go, and they keep me updated on the progress of what's being done.
Very disappointed. Purchased a vehicle & not even 5 months after owning it, I have put roughly 4K into it. The salesman I purchased it from has offered little to no help. Disgusted. ** I have since reached out to them, like they suggested, and they have not gotten back to me. Absolutely zero integrity.
I went to look at vehicles, had a great salesman; Brian came out to assist me. I said I see your prices never match the online prices. He said the internet price is the price you get. Feeling frustrated at Fox Mazda! I went in for an oil change on Friday... no appointment necessary... I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait, so they suggested an appointment. I scheduled one for today! Guess what...still 1 1/2-2 hours seriously? Any bets on whether or not they will wash my car? (Offered free upon request)
Service scheduling department seems to answer phones only sporadically and also seems to have trouble returning calls.
