The staff and service at Fox is awesome! Nancy did a great job in explaining all the fillers. Everyone was helpful!! Even got to meet the “Fox” and see in back where they make all the mattresses!! Would highly recommend our local manufacturer where all the products come from Florida!
I spent 20 thousand dollars looking for the right mattress. I had to toss them all. they were terrible. Than I found Fox mattress. Their %100 percent pure talaly bed is the best. It is so great I tossed the Prana in my spare bedroom and got another Fox. I can't say enough good things about them. These beds saved my life! No kidding. Awesome customer service, high-quality materials, knowledgeable employees and an overall fantastic experience. Plus...the mattresses can be flipped! We had a great experience at Fox Mattress. The first mattress we bought here was getting too soft for us and sagging a bit. It had been almost 3 years since we bought it and I thought it would be a hassle to get something done about it. I was so wrong! We live in Orlando so they had me send photos by text and called us the same day to arrange an exchange. Chelsea helped us pick out a new mattress to better fit us.
