I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress a couple of years ago. Even with regular turning it just wasn’t giving my old back enough support. I then learned that I had actually bought their softest mattress. I want to thank Jack and the owners for coming up with a solution. For a nominal fee my mattress was remade into a medium firm which is giving me more support. This would never have happened at a chain store. Thank you Fox Mattress!
